Passage Plan e-mail auto-reply
Overview
If you send a Passage Plan e-mail, it will be automatically imported into the system and the results will be sent automatically by e-mail.
Automatic reply conditions
In order for automatic replies, "nar-pp@wni.com" must be included in one of the following spaces: To, Cc, Bcc

- The From address of the e-mail you sent
Cc
- All CC addresses of the e-mail you sent
From address of auto-reply e-mails
- no-reply-nar-pp@sea.wni.com
Note
Please make sure the above address is not sent to your spam folder.
Also, please do not reply to this e-mail address as it is for delivery only.
Contents of auto-reply e-mails
Import successful
The system will send you a message that the import was successful.
Please note that it may take some time for it to be reflected in the system.
Import failed
The system will send you the reason why we could not import it.
The main causes are as follows.

Invalid format
If the attached file has an invalid format, The system will inform you that the import failed.
Please attach a file in one of the supported formats and resend. -
Unsupported extension
If the extension of the attached file is not supported, The system will inform you that the import failed.
Please attach a file in one of the supported formats and resend. -
No attachments
If the e-mail you sent does not have an attachment, The system will inform you that the import failed.
Please attach a passage plan file and resend.
