To request Passage Plan sharing to Shore, please feel free to use the following message template.

1. Purpose

    - For monitoring & General image of passage plan data sharing to shore supporting vessel safety by vessel’s planned route with actual passage plan in ECDIS. Provide navigational risk data including weather, grounding risk, NAVAREA, etc.
    - Check estimate risk on route when planning stage, support safety passage planning
    - Monitoring vessel’s safety navigation with planned passage plan route & AIS data.

2. General image of passage plan data sharing to shore

    - Sharing ECDIS passage plan file data via E-mail(nar-pp@wni.com)
    - ECDIS file format will be 3 types initially. (RTZ / TXT / CSV)
    - RTZ available for all type of ECDIS / TXT available for Furuno’s ECDIS / CSV available for JRC’s ECDIS
    - Our route connection is system based, so there is normally no additional mail contact to the vessel Master before any issue has happened and needs Master’s confirmation.
    - Due to our system can display only one latest received passage plan route, so please kindly send us your latest / one passage plan route file.

3. Onboard ECDIS route file export example

    - For JRC ECDIS, JAN-7201S/9201S:Click the [Save]→ Select File type CSV, RTZ
    - For Furuno FEA-2x07:After connecting USB in USB port, Click [Route]→ Select TXT, RTZ in [Route Data Management]
    - For Transas Navi Planner 4000:[Route edit] tab → [Route export] → Click KML or RTZ at [File format]

Sorry for many time request in your busy work, but for provide new service in good order, if possible, can I ask below?
- If possible, can I ask you to share with us the JRC's csv format without zipped?

- Due to our service is system based service,
can convert & display only one passage plan route file without zipped file to system with route file from ECDIS as below.
JRC - CSV
Furuno - TXT
All ecdis - RTZ
(can not read the zipped file in system)

1. When master sent a zipped file, but the zipped file is in the correct format

2. When master sent a file in rtn/rta/rtm format (JRC original binary format)

- The file you have kindly sent is in an un-supported format (JRC's proprietary binary format - un-openable without JRC software):

6. When master sent the file to the wrong address

The reason for the request:
- Since our service is system-based, we associate the passage plan route file with the vessel by receiving the data
at our mail server (nar-pp@wni.com) from the vessel's registered email address

7. When master sent the file in CSV format but not JRC (Tokyo Keiki), and sent 3 passage plan route files at once

8. When guiding Tokyo Keiki ECDIS to export the file in rtz format

9. When master using JAN-9201

based on your good information (JRC JAN-9201), 
please let me report you below :

(Exporting a route file image)

- When you export route file from your ECDIS, there have selectable area above the OK button

(selecting file type image)

- When you click the file type, you can select the route format which JAN-9201 provide (include csv format)

(data format of the file can be exported in the ECDIS image)
